Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6zzz online gaming platform, including the website at 6zzz.lat, all associated mobile-optimised pages, game interfaces, sports betting markets, live casino streams, crash game titles, and any promotional or bonus content made available to users (collectively, the "Platform"). Account Registration and Verification

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to your 6zzz account:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. 6zzz may apply upper limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in funds being returned and your account suspended.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. 6zzz may add or remove payment channels without prior notice.
• Funds deposited are credited promptly on confirmation from the payment provider. 6zzz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks outside its control.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from your 6zzz account:

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Standard processing time is same-day for bKash, Nagad and Rocket during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.
• 6zzz may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of a suspected prohibited activity. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6zzz offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made available.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are separate from your real money balance. They may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x) applied to the bonus funds amount. The full wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 6zzz are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, the records held by 6zzz's system are the definitive reference. If you believe a result is incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of the relevant event with your bet reference number. 6zzz will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6zzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally affect service availability, and 6zzz will endeavour to communicate any significant planned downtime in advance.

Account Suspension and Termination

6zzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false identity information at registration.
• A prohibited activity is detected, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated tools, bonus abuse or suspected money laundering.
• KYC documentation requested by 6zzz has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or directly via the support team.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or a prohibited activity, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with active bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.
